Ettore Bugatti planned to build 25 Bugatti Royales for the clientele of the European royal families. But the global economic crisis shattered these plans. After the initial prototype, only six vehicles with different bodies were therefore made. While researching the fascinating history of these Royales, the international specialist team came up with an extraordinary plan: to get two of the most stunning vehicles in automotive history – which no longer exist in their original form – back on the road.
